The 2011 Kick Off Banquet is almost here. Join us Thursday, February 3rd at 6 pm in the HHS Commons.

We will enjoy dinner from Shane's, introduce the board and committee members,
meet the coaches and the 2011 teams, and conduct some business.

Menu: Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Baked Beans Cole Slaw, Cookies Tea, Lemonade

Tickets are $7 for individuals or $30 for a family.
All players must pay for a plate.

Volunteers are needed to help set up at 4:30pm and to also help with clean up after the banquet.

We will have tables set up to sell Spirit Wear (all spirit wear will be preordered - samples will be available),
stadium blankets (fleece and waterproof), color programs (can be preordered),
and breast cancer awareness t-shirts. Come see the new design for 2010 and purchase
yours! We will also have t-shirts with the design from last season available.

Things To Turn In
Booster dues should be paid by the night of the banquet. A table will be set up to accept booster dues,
player information forms, banner ads, and program ads. Please submit the player information form online
on the web site. If that is not possible, please fill out the form, print it, and turn it in at the banquet.
We encourage all players to sell ads to support the soccer program.

Concession Stand Items
All players are to bring concession items to the banquet. They are assigned by grade level:
9th grade: microwave popcorn
10th grade: hot chocolate
11th & 12th grade: individually wrapped candy such as M&M's, Snickers, Airheads, Blow Pops, Skittles, etc.

Volunteer Sign Up Sheets
We will have sign up sheets available for our members to volunteer.
Sheets will be available for concessions, team parents,
alumni day, year end banquet, game photos, game booth, game videos,
and many other positions. (See the bottom of the player information form).
Please volunteer.
